The Human Resources department plays a crucial administrative role in connecting the different departments and services within the directorate, owing to its effective function in monitoring the career paths of its employees and ensuring their progress and promotion.

The main nerve that connects the university residences' management is considered the central body that exercises the authority to control the management practices of the university residences in managing the most important services provided to students, which are accommodation, catering, transportation, and cultural and sports activities.

The scholarship department is a structure within the directorate of university services, as stipulated by the law published in the eighth issue of the official newspaper of the Algerian Republic dated February 8, 2004. The scholarship department is responsible for the following: ensuring the processing and follow-up of files for students benefiting from scholarships, ensuring the renewal of scholarships in coordination with the universities in the field of competence of the directorate of university services, ensuring regular payment of scholarships, ensuring the processing and management of scholarships for foreign students. The scholarship department includes the following departments: scholarship application department and scholarship renewal department.

The finance and public procurement department is considered one of the core departments in the directorate of university services, as it deals primarily with all financial operations, starting from preparing tender documents for various contracts related to transportation and catering. It also oversees the process of preparing and paying employees' salaries.
